As part of the Out of Box Experience (OOBE), key aspects of functionality covered in swipe-able demo screens
After the demo, user is instructed to input credentials supplied with the terms by their Administrator, via email
An Inspiron Agent has logged in, and can track ALL or MY case files generated against any company product
From the more menu trigger at top right, the Agent can see all case levels and easily toggle them on or off
The Agent can additionally filter by Case or Company, and maintain filtering when toggling ALL or MY cases
All Inspiron Agents can review any case and chat log, while Supervisors (in this screen) can CALL Agents directly
While reviewing chat logs, both assigned Agent and a Supervisor may ADD to the chat, as the assigned Agent
For the Agent on the go, Inspiron offers easily categorized training videos on all of their latest apps
Once an app is selected under training, a brief overview of each video session is provided before viewing
